Coaching

Misunderstandings and frustration often arise in both a professional and private context because we focus too much on the problem. We are stuck in our own "experiencing of problems". In this state it is not possible for us to listen to ourselves, to engage with the other person, to understand his motives, to change perspective and to look for solutions. This leads to a (conscious or unconscious) destructive cooperation working against each other, instead of a constructive cooperationg working together. In my role as a Coach, I see myself as your personal sparring partner and source of inspiration in order to steer your focus away from the problem towards potential solutions.
